General Info

The Galactic Sakturi Empire is better known as the Sakturi Empire, or just the Sakturi. Their empire spans many galaxies. They only have one known goal: total universal domination. It’s best not to stand in their way, as they overwhelm with sheer numbers. Their conquest has lasted for thousands of years but they don't like gorillas

Space Fleet

The best-funded part of their armed forces, the Sakturi Imperial Star Force is a formidable opponent. Their ships are armed with charged-particle cannons. Some modern ships are equipped with hyper-particle cannons, which is hyper matter harnessed in the worst way possible.

Army

The Sakturi imperial Army is well-funded, but not as much as the space fleet. Their equipment isn't the best, but it can be cheaply made. Their soldiers only wear minimal body armor. The only notable part of their armor is the helmet, which curves back to protect their necks from shots.

Navy

They focus mostly on Submarines and Battleships in the Imperial Sakturi Navy. Their cruisers aren't very well-made, but there sure are a lot of them. The fatal weakness of their navy is their lack of purpose-built carriers. Their planes take off from the decks of large vessels. As a result, their forces are often massacred in the water due to the lack of air support.

Air Force

The Imperial Sakturi Air Force lags behind the rest. Their planes are slow and difficult to handle. However, they are quite well-armed. Their mini-particle cannons can mow down most opponents. They compensate for slow speed with superb operational range, capable of an astounding 70,000 miles before needing to refuel.

Physical Appearance

The Sakturi are a humanoid race of about 2 meters tall. Their hands are clawed, making them superb hand-to-hand fighters. They can take large amounts of physical punishment. They also possess a unique ability to "wipe" their minds of vital info should they be captured.

Politics

The Sakturi Imperial Government is highly decentralized. There is one main emperor. Each galaxy is ruled by a magistrate. Each quadrant, a baron. Each sector, an earl. Each system, a lord. Each planet, a governor. Everything else is ruled by a commissioner. This grants them safety from assassination, as killing one politician won't do much. There is also an Imperial Council that meets about three times a year.

==== The Dark Wars ==== A dark time in their history. The Empire had collapsed and they were fighting rebellion among their many territories. They started breaking away, forming alliances. The few Sakturi still loyal to their emperor banded with their allies and started a war. Several super clusters broke up, girding up for war. There were two notable factions: The Confederation of United Species, which included the Faran, Hekress, Syndicate, Atara, Carthagians, and Dvarian Imperium and United Protectorates; and The Union of United Empires, which included the Sakturi and their allies.
